My approach

Whether it's advising families or businesses, my approach is to understand the client's needs, areas of concerns and goals and to then structure a plan to meet those ends.  I like to learn about the familial relationships or what has been working or not working for businesses.  Oftentimes, I know more about my clients than their families or employees which is essential in becoming one of their trusted advisors.
